With the accumulation of years of experience, POM-VAK Pompa Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi became institutionalized in 2000 and continued its operations as a limited company. It initially continued its manufacturing by producing liquid ring vacuum pumps for a while and subsequently included other types of vacuum pumps in its production range. POM-VAK has taken its place among Turkey’s leading brands in industrial pump production, vacuum system design, and engineering services, primarily focusing on vacuum pumps.
POM-VAK operates in its closed production facility located in İkitelli, Istanbul. Working with leading companies, which are the cornerstones of the Turkish economy, and exporting 50% of its production, POM-VAK continues to develop rapidly as a leading organization in its field.
Depending on the demands from the industry, POM-VAK has been conducting R&D activities suitable for the dynamic structure of vacuum pumps, focusing on sizing and design studies in this area since its first day of manufacturing. For this purpose, it has prioritized university-industry collaboration. Additionally, POM-VAK Pump has developed two separate R&D projects with TÜBİTAK and an Industrial Design project with the support of KOSGEB.
Diversifying its production and owning patents in its field, POM-VAK POMPA, in addition to its own products, collaborates with the POMPAMARKET organization in the selection and supply of industrial pumps and provides the most suitable solutions for all types of liquid transfer to its customers.
